Belated thank you to speaker Jeremey Praetorius, Ph.D. for presenting “Beer, Chemistry and the Art of Homebrewing” on July 31st at the Frank Phillips Club in Downtown Bartlesville, OK.
We had a great time listening to Jeremy discuss everything related to beer brewing and the chemical reactions that help distinguish beer flavors. We also had a tasting from local brewer’s stock and some uncommon commercial brands. Special thank you to Raj Kailasam, NOK ACS secretary, for making this event a night to remember.
