    Description    

      Various 3-phenyl-4-benzoyl-5-isoxazolonate complexes of Eu3+       with Lewis bases such as
      tri-n-octylphosphine oxide (TOPO) and triphenylphosphine       oxide have been synthesized
      and their photophysical properties investigated. The results       demonstrate that the 3-phenyl-4-
      benzoyl-5-isoxazolonate complex of Eu3+ involving TOPO as the       Lewis base may find
      potential application as emitting materials in the design of       new light-conversion molecular
