الطيف الكهرومغناديسي

The various kinds of electromagnetic radiation are collectively known as
the electromagnetic
spectrum. In order of increasing wavelength (decreasing energy) the
different types of radiation are classified as follows:
1.
Gamma () rays – 0.001 to 0.1 nm.
2.
X – rays – 0.1 to 10 nm.
3.
UV – 10 to 380 nm.
4.
Visible light (VIS) – 380 to 780 nm.
5.
Infrared – 780 to 105 nm.
6.
Microwave – 105 to 107 nm.
7.
Radio waves – above 107 nm (above 1 cm).

Outcomes
