The attached file looks at the use of Mixture Designs in Toxicology testing. A mixture design allows the researcher to see the effects of multiple chemicals and different doses/levels at the same time. They also allow the researcher to see the effects of interactions among the different chemicals and different ratios of chemicals. I am looking for feed back on the utility of such designs. Thanks.
