This group is for everyone who wants to Celebrate National Chemistry Week (NCW) during the fourth week of October each year. ACS-produced resources are at www.acs.org/ncw.
NCW coordinators should submit NCW events to the event locator. This allows people in the local section to find local outreach events via www.acs.org/ncw. Be sure to check the “National Chemistry Week” keyword and mention the time and place of the event in the event description, so those interested will know when and where to attend.
NCW 2014 will take place October 19th-25th, 2014. The NCW 2014 theme is: "The Sweet Side of Chemistry—Candy".
NCW is a community-based annual event that unites ACS local sections, businesses, schools, and individuals in communicating the importance of chemistry to our quality of life. For more information on the theme, visit www.acs.org/ncw.
You can't create events here, but watch for events you might be interested in.
