Something is wrong in the conventional estimation of an average value.  Do you have any other opinion?

Attached a word file please open.

The problem is very elementary, but is difficult to find out the right answer.

The problem is asking the way of calculationg an average value of a variable of a quantum mechanical system.

The quantum mechanical system under consideration comprises many variables.

I am asking you whether the conventional way of calculating the one is absolutely correct?

Or <A'> might be more accurate than <A>?

Thank you for reading the file.

I will be glad if one can respond to my inquiry.
