I have a question about AlCl3

I got a AlCl3 powder, and I open it in air and move to Glove box quickly.

I put this into the small dried(60oC overnight) nalgene bottle.

But I found that the color of power is changed from white to yellow (~blown).

I guess little amount of water could be reacted with AlCl3 and turn it to the other state like a Poly aluminum cloride or Aluminum clorohydrate... but  I cannot sure about it.

And only surface of bottle which was contacted with powder area's color was changed.

Is this change originated from water of bottle surface? Anyone who have an idea about this, please reply.

Thank you
