By now you are familiar with me, Professor Molenium, but have you met my friend Milli? You might recognize Milli from ACS’ National Chemistry week where she has been featured in the “Flying is a Breeze” interactive game and loves to share her favorite safety tips.
Milli is excited to attend her first ACS National Meeting and Exposition. You’ll be able to find Milli learning about why it’s great to be an ACS member in the ACS booth, checking out artist Freddy Sicoli airbrush custom lab coats, learning how the ACS Career Navigator™ can make her a happier chemist, and getting a professional headshot from C&EN at the ACS Career Fair. She also can’t wait to learn more about ACS Member Insurance, Sci-Finder, and tell her My ACS Story to win a free t-shirt!
Make sure to look for her at the Kavli Foundation Emerging Leaders in Chemistry and the Fred Kavli Innovations in Chemistry lectures. She will also be attending the Sci-Mix Interdivisional Poster Session and Mixer, Innovation from Discovery to Application Plenary Session, and the GSSPC Symposium too. Make sure to use Twitter to #FollowTheMole and this blog to see her whereabouts during the National Meeting!
Join Dr. Thomas Connelly, ACS Executive Director and CEO, at 5:00 PM on Sunday, August 16 to kick of the National Meeting and welcome Milli to the ACS family. She’s excited to meet everyone!
