Epoxidized Soybean Oil CAS 8013-07-8 is a chemical formed from the epoxidation of soybean oil. The oil is primarily used as a plasticizer and stabilizer in PVC. In addition, it also has consumer uses in plastics for toys, playground, and sporting equipment. Its use in PVC comes from it being relatively non-toxic.
