Blog Post created by Keith Krise on Jun 2, 2019

During 2019’s International Year of the Periodic Table, Chemists Celebrate Earth Week (CCEW) was celebrated April 21-27, 2019 with the theme, "Take Note: The Chemistry of Paper."  CCEW encouraged ACS members and science enthusiasts to build awareness of chemistry at the local level. ACS local sections, schools, businesses, and individuals were invited to organize or participate in events in their communities with a common goal: communicate the positive role that chemistry plays in the world. The CCEW 2019 edition of Celebrating Chemistry and other online resources are now available here.
