Ocular, otic, and systemic pharmaceutical R&D (leading to more than a dozen new, marketed Rx products) of five dozen clinically evaluated antiglaucoma, anti-inflammatory, anti-infective, antiallergic, antineovascularization, mydriatic, decongestant, therapeutic dry-eye, and viscoelastic compounds, including more than a dozen New Chemical Entities and 2 medical devices. Direction and/or conduct of preclinical efficacy (screening, structure-activity, and mechanism of action), biodistribution, toxicity, and microbiological evaluations, of formulation, package, and analytical development, of clinical study design and coordination, of data analyses, of results interpretation and summarization, and of regulatory submission, negotiation, and approval for these compounds.
