Fluid Dynamics is hosting an interactive hands-on course in rheology in Flemington NJ. The course instructors will be Ting An Huang, PhD and Rhyta S Rounds, PhD. There will be strong emaphsis on the rheology of foods. College students in Food Science are invited to atttend the course as our guests, no charge.
