Research and Special Interests:
As an NSF Discovery Corps Postdoctoral Fellow, I am currently combining research and service to:
1.) examine the effect of substrate modification on the orientation and self-assembly properties of amphiphilic, regioregular poly(3-semifluoroalkyl thiophene)s;
2.) gather data on the role of graduate students' and postdoctoral associates' experiences on their choice of career path; and
3.) develop a data-driven, sustainable diversity initiative aimed at female and minority graduate students and postdoctoral associates in the Chemistry Department at the University of Michgan.
