Work is divided into two groups. Chemical Education Research (CER) group focuses on measurement of student learning and the role of technology.
Computational chemistry work is associated with modeling the role of main group elements, chiefly boron and silicon, in physiological systems. Modeling begins with quantum chemistry of small molecules and includes classical models, static and dynamic, of larger scale systems.
