Dear CAP members,
Greetings from Indianapolis! (We're gearing up for our next two ACS on Campus events here in the Midwest)
Thanks so much again for a really successful kick-off meeting at the Charleston Conference. Luti, I'm sorry that you couldn't join us but we're looking forward to your participation moving forward.
We would like to schedule a conference call either Dec 9 or 10 to follow up on the main issues we highlighted in Charleston and to plan how we will attack the top ranked concerns in 2011.
Please respond by putting your intials next to your preferred date/time. I'll email you in about a week with items to prepare. I will also be posting the minutes of the CAP meeting this week.
Dec 9 AM
Dec 9 PM
Dec 10 AM
Dec 10 PM
Luti, we would also like to carve out 15 minutes for you to give your presentation to the group since we haven't heard from you yet. Please let us know if that will work.
I hope you're all enjoying the weekend!
Dec 9 AM (CH)
All four are fine with me (Dec. 9 AM or PM), Dec. 10 AM or PM) - James
I will be flying home from a Data Curation meeting on Thursday Dec 9th, returning to the Bay Area after 5PM (ET). Friday Dec 10 is better; however, given the time difference, I would prefer afternoon (from a ET perspective). Let me know if this will be a videoconference, as that will require that I book a room in advance.
I will be attending a meeting from 1-5 on the 9th and another from 9AM - noon on the 10th. I could participate by phone the morning of the 9th or the afternoon of the 10th. I'll be driving to and from the state capital at those times, so a video conference wouldn't work for me.
December 9 p.m. will work for me. I will away on December 10.
Yes, I can give a presentation to the group.
All -- how is December 13 for people? AM or PM? We're split half and half on this call and I want to make sure that everyone can attend.
Please let me know asap!
Dec 13, both am and pm, works for me.

Dec 13 works for me. I have meetings, but I could reschedule anything on my calendar at present. Remembering that thers is -3 hours difference from coast to coast, I would be able to meet anytime between 11:00 AM (ET) and 8:30 PM (ET).
Do we have an agenda for the meeting? It would be nice to do some prep before we get together, so the time could be well spent.
Bob, thanks for mentioning this. I hope to have one out by the end of this

I will be attending the CNI conference in Washington DC on the 13th and
14th. I could carve out time to make the ACS call if this works for most.
Dec. 13 works for me - I have a meeting from 9:30-10:30 EST and one from 1-2:30 but am open beyond that.
Dec 13 - both am and pm are ok for me--so far. The quicker we get this scheduled the more likely my schedule will still be available come the 13th.
I am on vacation on 13th. Will try to make whatever time is decided on.
