Are you planning to attend the ACS San Diego meeting in March? If so, you can schedule a face-to-face talk easily with a colleague through a new ACS program, called “ACS In-Person Connect.” In this way, you can talk to someone about your lab discovery, seek career advice, find candidates for your job positions, forge partnerships relating to tech transfer or collaboration, demonstrate your innovation for a prospective investor or corporate partner, find service providers or consultants to help your work, make deals, and more. Signing up for “ACS In-Person Connect” is free. When you register for the San Diego meeting, it shows up as optional activities. Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday are available, and you can sign up for 1, 2, or 3 days. If you have already registered for the meeting, you can add this activity by accessing the Registration Resource Center webpage through the registration receipt.
