If one was in an absolute survival emergency with an anaphylactic attack, could one use the racepinephrine as the active ingredient in asthmanefrin, combine 1.3ml of that solution (at 22.5mg/ml) into a simple 30ml water/sodium chloride injectable solution (with 1.3ml removed). To arrive at an injectable (.3ml) "Epi-pen" at .1%, which would work to counter the anaphylaxis?
Bottom line, is racepinephrine compatible as an emergency replacement for epinephrine to combat anaphylaxis?
