I was wondering what methods would be good to get spices to stick to vegan croutons.Things I was thinking of using were a weak cooked flour water paste on croutons, then spice, spices and paste, then tossed on croutons, protein rich liquids like garbanzo cooking water or water solution of fava bean protein isolate similarly used, and baking some more. Perhaps a mixture of flour paste and protein? Something else?
