What is there for someone with a Masters Degree?

I currently live in TN. I'm not against moving to other regions for work, but finances for doing so are an issue. When it comes to job searching in chemistry it seems anything that requires an M.S. degree also requires an addition 2-5 years of experience. I feel like I am overqualified for a B.S. position even if it requires 2+ years of experience. I still apply to B.S. positions but never hear back. I have also heard when applying to jobs that employers don't want to pay the required salary to a masters level of education for B.S. position. How does someone with an M.S. in chemistry find a job without ruining themselves financially?
