redisolving disodium octaborate tetrahydrate crystals in glycol solution? (bora-care)

hi,  i bought some fairly expensive product for treating basement timbers infested by borers, and i may have let it get too cold/freeze in the bottle such that the borate (disodium octaborate tetrahydrate)  crystals are coming out of solution. do you think it is possible to just reheat it to redisolve them?  i bought the product but it is something that people make at home ith borax, boric acid, and some form of glycol. any advice much appreciated.  here is a recipe for diythat should give some idea of the chemistry involved  http://alsnetbiz.com/homeimprovement/homemade.html

from the manufacturer: https://www.domyown.com/will-freezing-make-boracare-ineffective-qa-30814.html

Will freezing make Boracare ineffective?

Answer:

Yes, allowing Boracare to freeze can make it ineffective.  It should be stored in a controlled temperature area out of direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
