Resolved: Unable to download attachments in certain cases

As of 3/26/2021 - This bug has been fixed. 

We have identified a bug which appeared as a result of a recent product release. . 

This bug prevents PDFs, zip files, and other attachments from being downloaded when they are in a restricted area (i.e. nt in a public space). 

This has been escalated and the vendor is working to address it.  It is a high priority but may take some time to identify, implement, and test a solution.
