Collaborative working

I have uploaded my cv as a test document and Judith Currano has been able to edit it. I tried to restrict editing to one person (i.e. Judith) but I don't know if this really works. Could someone else try to change the original document and let me know what happens?

Incidentally, your photo is distorted (wrong aspect ratio) alongside your cv although it is OK alongside the discussion.

I was able to download and view the document, but not able to edit the document directly.

Thanks Olivia! OK it looks as though we can use this for uploading draft documents and having a limited group of people (e.g. members of a committee) work on the draft while still sharing the document
