Were we going to look into placing links to sections in the TOC page 1?

Please check a parentheses mismatch in the Indianapolis section at "suggested" on page 24.

We've traditionally used the single word "Fundraising" throughout our web site and CIB's. Should we do that on page 40, i.e. "Fundraising Committee Chair"?
