great pictures! I like the idea of sharing the students' projects with the
wider community. I teach a chemistry of food to high school juniors and
seniors - this is the first year. - so I might try some community outreach
next year. We also did the potato chip tasting and also blind food tasting
with pinched noses for jelly (strawberry, mint) as well as vegetable purees
(broccoli, carrots, parsnips)
