ACS GCI offers several awards and fellowships to help students attend green chemistry conferences such as the17th Annual Green Chemistry & Engineering Conference next June 18th-20th. One of these is the CIBA Travel Award which is open to U.S. students in high school, college, or graduate school looking to travel to an ACS technical meeting with significant green chemistry content. Each Award given covers travel expenses up to $2,000. For more information and applications, visit the ACS website. Applications are due October 12, 2012--We encourage you to apply! Attending these conferences is an excellent way to expand your knowledge of green chemistry and meet peers from other schools as well as leaders in the field.
