Our Section has a leadership succession plan.
The entry-level is Secretary-Treasurer.
The second year, the Secretary-Treasurer runs for Chair-Elect. The ACS National office offers a Leadership workshop during January to help Chair-Elect plan for the year as Chair.
The third year, the Chair-Elect runs for Chair.
The Councilor is a resource for the Executive Committee during three-year term and represents the local section at National Meetings.
