The Northern Oklahoma local section of American Chemical Society (NOKACS) is pleased to announce the 65th Annual Pentasectional meeting hosted in Bartlesville, Oklahoma.

Call for Abstract:

The organizing committee is requesting all interested researchers to submit abstracts for oral and poster presentations in the following areas of chemical research:

• Analytical
• Organic
• Inorganic/Organometallic/Catalysis
• Physical/Computational
• Biochemistry/Chemical Biology
• Energy and Environmental
• Polymers
• Chemical Education

The deadline for submitting abstract is Friday, September 23, 2022. Please submit your abstract (using the attached Abstract Template below) following all ACS guidelines as a word document to the Program Chair, Dr. Jeanne Bolliger, Asst. Professor, OSU. Please specify whether you are submitting the abstract for oral or poster presentation. Email: jeanne.bolliger@okstate.edu

Registration for the conference needs to be completed in two separate steps - 1) Please register using the link above, and 2) Pay appropriate registration fee using the PayPal link below.

The deadline for registration is September 30, 2022. Due to time constraint, early bird registration is not available. To ensure the security and safety of the venue and attendees, on-site registration is NOT available. The registration fees are as follows and can be paid using PayPal (Paypal link here). If you are paying for more than one person, please mention the names and fee details in the comment section in PayPal. If you are having issues with PayPal or do not have an account, the fee can be paid on-site by cash or check; however PayPal is the preferred method of payment.

• Faculty or General attendees – $70
• Graduate students – $40
• Retired Emeritus – $30
• Undergraduate students – $25
• High school teachers and students – $5

Evening Social, October 7th:

An evening social will be held at Woolaroc ranch on the evening of October 7th (5:30PM – 9:00PM). Please RSVP by September 30th if you are planning to attend. A separate fee of $25 will be charged if you would like to attend the event; this fee can be paid via PayPal along with the registration fee.
