A Biological Question. How do you predict?

It is morning now.

Last night I sat up reading a book all night.

It was a book "Evolution. The Basics" written by Sherrie Lyons.

According to the book, the author tells that even now the humankind is evolving.

The author presented as an example of such an evolution the possible progress of upright walking efficiency.

Does this mean a change in the shape of pelvis and the connection structure with the thigh bone?

Does this mean also a whole change of our entire figure?

Does this mean that a runner will be able to run 100 m in 5 seconds?

Will we become aesthically more beautiful?

Does our evolution affect our entire world structure too?

There must be many other side effects arising from this evolutionary change.

How do you think?
