The session conflicts with the Sr Chem Committee meeting. Whereas this short session would be of interest the scheduling against the Sr Chem. Comm. Is rediculous. RDA
Yes, it is disappointing that those of us on the SCC will not be able to attend the session. Scheduling at National ACS meetings is very difficult, and there are alwhas conflicts and difficult choices for attendees. The organizers have created a great session, and I hope many chemists (both young and senior) will attend the session to hear these great stories!
I’m excited that there is programming scheudled that will be of interest to all the ACS members who consider themselves to be ”seniors.” We are also planning programming for the Fall ACS meeting, and as always we will do our best to avoid conflicts. The national meetings or so large, with so many groups needing space, that we sometimes have to make choices. Thanks very much to the session organizers and speakers!
