Heinz Plaumann, Ph.D. holds advanced degrees in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, Canada and has over 30 years of industrial experience including international assignments. Much of this time, Heinz has served as a technical manager or leader of R&D Groups.
He is an adjunct professor at several Universities and has considerable experience in mentoring and coaching both colleagues and friends in career development, brainstorming, and time and project planning.
He holds over 20 patents and has published and presented over 35 technical papers. He is often an invited speaker and workshop leader.
