Congratulations to the Winners of the Chemists Celebrate Earth Day (CCED) 2012 National Illustrated Poem Contest!
CCED is a community-based annual event, uniting ACS local sections, businesses, schools, and individuals to illustrate the positive role that chemistry plays in preserving the Earth. This year's CCED took place on Sunday, April 22, 2012.
As part of the CCED 2012 celebration, students from grades K-12 were invited to share their interpretation of this year's theme through illustrated poems, “Rethinking Recycling—It’s Easy to Be Green!”
