Plan, design and synthesis of laboratory experiment of complex synthetic organic compounds (Peptidomimetics, nucleotides, alkaloids) using multistep synthetic deign from submilligram to multigram scale.
Wide experience in different therapeutic areas like anticancer, viral infectious diseases (HIV, HCV, Rhino), antibacterial, autoimmune disorder and Multi-Drug Resistance.

Proficient in modern analytical techniques and instrumentations like MPLC, HPLC, prep. HPLC, automated column chromatography, IR, NMR, MS and LCMS
Well conversant with methods to access the literature information and online literature search through SciFinder, STN, Beilstein Database, Discovery gate, etc.
Analyzed experimental data on routine basis to aid SAR development for potency, solubility, selectivity improvements with the help of modeling scientists and biologists to advance structure-based design programs
