I am seeking a group or team leader position with emphasis on pharmaceutical compendial analysis. Anyone know of possibilities? I will cheerfully move.

I assume you live in the Boston area. The best approaches are to check the websites of local pharmaceutical firms and to work your professional network. Are you active in your ACS local section? You may get some job leads through people you meet at local section meetings. The type of job you're looking for sounds like a pretty narrow niche. Perhaps you should broaden the scope of your job hunt.
Don't consider only big pharma firms. Smaller firms and contract research organizaitons seem to be doing more hiring than the big pharma companies.
Thank you so much for your reply. I am in a narrow niche because I am a small molecule compendial analytical chemist. I am looking for something in Boston or at home in CO.
Thanks again for your response.
