Best method for coupling antibodies to phospholipids

Hi. I am a post graduate student of pharamcy in india and i'm currently working on my research project on surface modified liposomal formulation of cisplatin. In this project i have planned to formulate liposomes target the breast cancer cells. For that i am going to couple antibody(trastuzumab) (with terminal amine and carboxyl functionality) to my lipid (terminal amine or carboxyl functionality) that i am using for formulation. i've searched and found some methods for that. most of my searches suggest me to use EDC(ethyl dimethyl aminopropyl carbodiimide) coupling method. But i need suggestion for that. Is it good to use this method? or are there any other better methods? or are method parameters compatible with lipids and antibody?
