I am a project director at BLH Technologies, Inc., a Federal government contracting firm in Rockville, MD, specializing in public health research and communications. We have received a project request from the Food and Drug Administration’s Center for Tobacco Products to perform literature reviews on the toxicology of nicotine (including how it may or may not relate to carcinogenesis) in mammals. The literature reviews to be conducted are fairly extensive, requiring the work of two toxicologists who are certified with the American Board of Toxicology. The project is expected to start quickly and last 4+ months.
If you know someone who is qualified, possibly interested in, and available to do this work, we would love to hear from them as soon as possible. I am happy to discuss this at any time via phone or email.
