Can Solids That Thermally Decompose Exist As Liquids Etc. At Certain Pressures?

I read an article a while ago about the discovery that sucrose didn't melt, it thermally decomposed and it got me thinking about phase diagrams to see if this was tru for all pressures. Unfortunately I can't find a good database of pressure vs. temp. phase diagrams, even for well known thermally decomposing salts like calcium carbonate or lead (II) nitrate.

Any help is appreciated.
