I discovered in the Journal of the American Chemical Society, Volume 38, from the year 1916 the then knowledge summary work of James Kendall: “The Carbon Dioxide Content of the Atmosphere was 353 ppm plus minus 12 ppm. Later important scientific research was based on this data. Can you inform me if this data is accurate? Current data on Carbon Dioxide Content seems contradictory.
