My question regards the neutralisation of amines.
What neutralises chemically "locks up" amines. Specifically amines in food.
Is there a food, beverage or supplement that can neutralise amines.
For example, chocolate is high in amines. Is there something that could be consumed with the chocolate to neutralise the amines? for people who are amine intolerant.
Imagine going through life, never being able to taste chocolate, like my wife.
