Your preferences allows you to change the type of email notifications you receive.


To access your preferences, click on your profile picture in the top right side of the page. This should expose a drop-down menu from which you can choose Preferences.





Email Notifications


The default setting is that all things you are following or tracking automatically sends you an email.

Select the types of default notifications you would like to receive.

The preferences also lists the email address to where the alerts will be sent. You can change this via a link on your change profile page. (Go to your profile by clicking on your name.)


Other settings:

You may also set how you want your discussions to appear, as well as locale and timezone.  Note that the Events Module uses the time zone you set in your preferences.


The High-contrast color scheme allows you to select if you want the text a little darker and therefore appearing with more contrast.  The normal theme uses grey text at times and of a lower contrast.


The Quick Tagging Mode allows tags to be added to content all the time.
