Prob#1: "Help...Contact Us" link doesn't seem to work

Hi the ACS Help,

I wanted to report a weird problem in a normal way that you'd surely have rigged n your "Contact us" area, but when I went to Help...Contact Us", nothing happened.  So I'm submitting that as Problem #1 before I discussion Problem #2.
