When linking to pages on http://www.acs.org/ (http://portal.acs.org/), we recommend that you don't use the URL that appears in the URL bar. Sometimes the URL you grab may have specific session information. It also may be long and ugly.
Instead, we recommend that you go to a page that links to the page you want to link to, right- click on the link and copy the shortcut. The link will be on your clipboard and you can paste it where you enter the linking URL on your site.
