This coming Friday January 17th a retired research chemist for the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Kim M. Morehouse, Ph.D. will be giving a talk entitled "The Intersection of Regulatory and Laboratory Science at the Food and Drug Administration".  In this talk he will use the molecule furan as an example of how the FDA develops regulations using laboratory data.  More detailed information can be found in the attached flyer.
