Welcome and Greetings! I am very happy to be part of the ACS community.

I am Dr. K. Navamani from India. Presently I am working as the Associate Professor of Physics at KPR Institute of Engineering and Technology, Coimbatore, India.

My research areas are quantum theory and computation for semiconductors, multiscale modeling of charge transport in molecular systems/devices, and semiclassical many-body localization transport in correlated electron systems.

Research Significances/Highlights (own theory/method development): 
1) Entropy-Ruled Method for Band and Hopping Transport Systems 
 
2) Quantum-Classical Transition Analogy for semiconductors (via 4-sets of analytical procedures) 
 
3) Modified Einstein's Relation for Quantum and Degenerate Systems/Devices: A Generalized Paradigm 
 
4) Quantum-Classical Conjecture for Highly Degenerate 2D Schrödinger-Type Systems: A Semiclassical Many... 
 
5) Quantum Corrected Shockley diode equation (we include "bias-driven degeneracy effect")
(also refer R2, R3 and R4) 
 
Currently, I am working on a few foundational work (e.g., Dynamic-coupled energy scaling on electronic transport, Imperfect Fermi-Dirac distribution (IFD) function for correlated electron systems, Parameterizing the DOS' proportion (on the basis of "quantum-classical transition analogy") for fermionic systems, and a few.
