Hi!
My name is Sean McCrimmon. I fly a lot between LA and Cleveland. I left Alkyl Nitrites in my bag for the last couple of trips and did not open them for about 4-6 6 hour long flights. I found out today that they had condensed from a liquid into a small, solid ball. Why does it do this? Is it because of the low air-pressure. What happens in the chemical formula of the Alkyl Nitrites when the low air-pressure is a factor? Why does it do this? Attached is a photo of them.
