Do non-redox reactions have standard potentials?

Do non-redox reactions have standard potentials like redox reactions do? Is there some other value of a non-redox reaction that can be used to calculate Gibbs free energy? In redox reactions, Gibbs free energy means the amount of energy needed to move electrons from one species to another (or the amount of energy released from doing so); what does Gibbs free energy "mean" for non-redox reactions?
