What is the pH of a mixture when I add 114ml Ethanol, 114ml 1,2 Porpanediol and 200.64mg L-ascorbic acid together??
would it range between 6-8.5 on the pH scale??

That is a very little bit of Vitamin C in an alcohol solution. The propylene glycol is neutral, and the ethanol pure is just a pH of 7.3. I would estimate the mixture to not vary very much, if at all, from that value.
