I recall reading that used (water saturated) sodium polyacrylate is re-usable. That the water could evaporate, leaving the crystals behind. And that even an over, or microwave oven can speed the evaporation process.
In any case, can the remaining dried crystals be molded into a dry bar, like the shape formed in an ice cube tray, as separate "cakes"?
