I would like to investigate the Seebeck coefficient of organic compounds (especially conducting polymers).
I have heard that the Seebeck coefficient has something to do with the density-of-states (DOS), but I don't know what DOS is.
Also, I don't know how to measure DOS.
Is it an experimental method? Is it a computational chemistry method?
Please tell me the specific method of measuring DOS.
