I like the ideas presented here. There's so much to talk about, it's hard to know where to start. I like the idea of teaching by example. For instance, fluoride in drinking water. How did this become so popular in the U.S.? What has been the impact of this practice? Questions like this are often overlooked; how to get people to consider them?
