Our region includes:

- Middle Peninsula of Virginia: Counties of Gloucester and Matthews,
- Peninsula Virginia: Metropolitan Cities of Hampton and Newport News
- Peninsula Virginia: Counties of York
- Southside Virginia: Counties of Surry, Isle of Wight, York, Sussex and Southhampton Virginia
- Southside Virginia: Metropolitan Cities of Franklin, Portsmouth, Norfolk, Suffolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake
